We are what we eat and drink.
We are what we breathe and think.
Food comes in a large variety.
The variety often confuses us.
Many foods are healthy.
Yet we often cannot tell.
Many foods look or smell attractive,
but contain artificial chemicals
to mislead us into buying and eating them.
They invisibly affect our health.
Not only our physical health,
but also our brain or mental health.
Drinks come in a large variety as well.
Many drinks are indeed healthy.
But as in food many contain chemicals
that invisibly affect our health.
Water is the best drink.
Our body is 70% water.
So we should often replenish it.
The air that we breathe is
polluted a bit more every day.
Mostly deliberately by humans.
Ideas and thoughts are a kind of food too.
They feed our mind and spirit.
Many of them are indeed healthy.
Some ideas and thoughts look attractive
but are full of malicious twists or germs.
They affect our mental and physical health too.
How can we stay healthy?
By eating natural foods
that maintain the balance in our body.
By drinking natural drinks.
Water is the number one drink.
But many of us find it too simple.
By breathing fresh air
that purifies our mind and body.
Is this still possible today?
Will it be possible tomorrow?
If we all care, we can make it happen!
By protecting and cherishing Nature.
By restoring the natural balance.
So that we can breathe fresh air
and have lots of healthy food.
By eating more natural foods
without artificial chemicals.
